Motherhood has transformed me.

It has not only deepened my interest in relationships and human behavior but also further inspired my passion for supporting mamas, parents, and kids. I’m particularly drawn to the spiritual transformation of becoming a mother—a process known as matrescence as well as the power of free play and its connection to self expression.

Birth is a profound portal—a threshold the birthing person passes through. On the other side, they meet two new people: their wide-eyed baby and their reborn self.

I believe that information is power, and my goal is to help my clients navigate the many emotions and decisions that arise during pregnancy and postpartum. I aim to provide gentle guidance through the transition to parenthood, offering reassurance and informed techniques to help you birth your baby in the way that feels right for your family. With a calm demeanor, I strive to create a supportive and empowering environment.

My approach is rooted in honoring the preferences and intuition of the individuals I serve. It’s important to me that the choices made during this transformative time reflect who you are.

I cherish spending time with family and friends and exploring the natural world—especially swimming in oceans and lakes. Whether I’m hiking, enjoying live music, or diving into books about childhood development, I find joy in activities that nourish the soul and deepen my relationships. I’m also deeply passionate about integrating wellness practices with Jewish wisdom and meaningful rituals, bringing a sense of grounding and connection. I’m excited about bringing people together in meaningful and intentional ways. With my background in community building and education, I can’t wait to create opportunities for deeper connections and thoughtfully designed gatherings.
