Mind, body, spirit support
for mothers & families

My offerings:

  • Supporting mothers through pregnancy, labor, and post-partum with a nurturing focus on the mind, body, and spirit. Pregnancy and birth are profound portals to our higher selves, offering transformation to deeper connection, growth, and self-discovery.

    • Pregnancy support

    • Post-partum support

    • Birth attendance

    • Lactation support

    • Leading blessingways

    • Resources for other practitioners

    • Coaching on matrescence - going from maiden to mother

    • Affirmation jars

    • Nutrition guidance

  • Community is at the heart of the human experience, and I believe it plays a vital role in the pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting journey. I’m passionate about bringing people together with intention and purpose—creating spaces where meaningful connections can flourish. Alongside my work supporting families during these transformative times, I’m also eager to leverage my natural strengths to help organizations and brands cultivate vibrant, engaged communities. Below are some my current and previous experiences:

    • PJ Library Family Parent connector

    • School programming

    • Class Facilitation

    • Mindfulness and breathwork

    • Social-emotional learning

    • Curriculum consulting

    • Brand Partnership consulting

  • I’m deeply inspired by the ways we can embrace ancient rituals to infuse our modern lives with meaning, elevating our everyday experiences. The rhythm of the lunar cycle and the Jewish calendar offers us a sacred and healing cadence to guide our lives. Gathering around traditional and life cycle events opens a portal of wisdom and connection.

    • Rosh Chodesh circles for girls

    • Mikvah ceremonies - lifecycle events

    • Simchat bat ceremony direction

Hi, I’m Angelica!

I live in Brooklyn with my husband, Elichai and my daughter Vera. I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Psychology and Education, with a focus on Spiritual Mind-Body practices, at Teachers College and recently completed a 6-month doula mentorship program.

My own pregnancy and birth experiences have profoundly shaped who I am, both personally and professionally. These moments hold an incredible power to teach us about our depth, strength, vulnerability, and resilience.

The calling to help others in this space tugged at me for a long time, but since my own rebirth as a mother, it has left a deep imprint on me and has profoundly impacted my love for helping others in birthwork, lifecycle events, and working with families and children.

Join me as we explore ways to strengthen our connection with our bodies and spirits through mindfulness practices.  Together, we can cultivate a path of growth and healing for ourselves, our families, and our communities.
